About the Role
In this exciting position, you are responsible for coordinating the preparation of offers throughout the entire bid process. As an expert, you support the bid qualification and control the composition of the bid team according to the respective offer. In addition, you are responsible for the coordination of the tender preparation and the consolidation of the deliveries into a tender document. Furthermore, you ensure compliance with the specified approval procedures and internal compliance regulations and ensure the timely submission of the offer.
Some of your tasks will include:
Processing tenders and quotation requests from customers from different sales teams
Coordination of interdisciplinary teams from project management, commercial, purchasing and legal
Ensuring the implementation of reviews and approvals as well as compliance with requirements
Support in the preparation of customer presentations and negotiations
Documentation of the respective bidding process as well as provision of relevant information and execution of win/loss review
What you will bring:
A degree in business, engineering or law
At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in a similar function with proven track record
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Word
Fluency in English is a must, Arabic is a big plus.
